Open your license portal
Your confirmation email links to the license portal. New customers get a portal account on the spot; existing customers sign in and the new license is waiting.
Download, install, activate
Download the self-hosted build from the portal, bring it up with Docker Compose inside your network, and activate. Add-ons amend the license in place: refresh entitlements from Settings → Licensing.

The short answers
Do you charge for tokens or runs?
No. ASE never meters tokens. Agents run on your Claude or Codex subscriptions, your API keys, or local models through Ollama and LM Studio. The license covers the control plane, nothing else.
What is a founding seat?
Solo launches on a three-rung price ladder below the list price. Each rung has a fixed number of seats. Your rung's price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active, and a seat never reopens once it is taken.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Community is free forever for one operator and one project. Solo includes 6 free constellation runs with no clock and no card, and runs that die of infrastructure causes are on us. You can also request a trial or book a 30-minute walkthrough.
Monthly or annual?
Solo and Team offer both, and the annual plan is discounted. Business is billed annually. Enterprise is priced per engagement.
Where does it run?
Inside your network, on every edition. Source, infrastructure state, controlled documents, and evidence stay behind your perimeter unless you choose to export them. Fully air-gapped deployment is an Enterprise feature.
